One King

There is only one King, His name is Jesus.

There is a passage of scripture that I turn to when there is something that needs searching.

“It is the glory of God to conceal things, but the glory of kings is to search things out.” – Proverbs 25:2

A few years back when I started writing about eschatology a powerful pastor in the city of Dallas reached out to me. At first I thought he was going to do what most pastors do, discourage any application of the text. But to my surprise he had questions and was “searching the matter out”. To this day he is one of the most humble men I have met in the pastorate and he is in a position of power and influence for a reason.

What this passage in Proverbs is saying is that wise men seek things out. In other words, fools either accept or reject information quickly, but wise men are willing to do their due diligence.

It is interesting that the Magi who followed the astronomical alignment at the birth season of Christ were called “kings” or “wise men”.

Wise men really do seek Christ, sometimes without knowing it and yes, even what God is doing in the heavens.

Now, the Magi were astrologers, priests in the caste of Zoroastrianism and not following the Holy Spirit, yet they were in tune with God’s creation, which declares the glory of the Lord. They were at least in tune with the heavens and were directed to the First Advent of Christ.

Did you know that on September 23, 2017 the stars will align in what appears to be an exact representation of Revelation 12:1-2, and it will occur on the first day of the Jewish new year? Revelation 12 is a pause in the book, but those first two verses are a sign in the heavens that the Tribulation is not far away. I have studied this along with the NASA data of the alignment at length and will share more later this year. The reason for this lead in is this:

Things are happening right now that you need to be paying attention to. You would be wise to search them out.

They deserve more attention than the bread and circuses that distract us here in America.

Here are 4 significant things that need to be addressed as we head into the new year.

1. Talpiot

After returning from Israel this year I shared about a specific area of Jerusalem that has been demarcated for the US Embassy called Talpiot. Here is what I wrote:

“A potential site for the US Embassy has been demarcated by Israel and the US, located in the neighborhood of Talpiot. Talpiot is an Israeli neighborhood in southeast Jerusalem, established in 1922 by Zionist pioneers. There is significance for the selected location of the site. It marks completion of the Zionist crusade which started with World War I.” Source

A few weeks ago it was confirmed by the Jerusalem Post and other sources that the Trump transition team, directed by son-in-law Jared Kushner, are looking at Talpiot as the location for the U.S. Embassy.

“Foreign Ministry officials last week reportedly met with officials from the Immigrant Absorption Ministry to discuss the availability of the Diplomat Hotel in the Talpiot neighborhood.” Source

This is significant.

2. The UN Security Council

For those who kept up with current events during the Christmas break a significant event occurred. The United Nations Security Council passed a resolution condemning Israel’s settlements in the West Bank and East Jerusalem. The United States abstained on the resolution, allowing it to pass, rather than vetoing it as it usually does. This 11th hour deal was not only strategic but likely a catalyst.

It forces Israel into a corner, they are now illegally occupying East Jerusalem including the Western Wall. The only court where they can bring their appeal is the world court, which delivered the resolution. It eliminates any legal ground for Israel to claim legitimacy to Jerusalem. Obviously, Netanyahu isn’t going to vacate the Old City or their holiest site. The question is what happens short term and what are the long term implications.

The raising of the Palestinian flag at the UN in 2015 and the UNESCO resolutions regarding the Temple Mount were all telegraphing this move by the UN Security Council.

Up to this point it has been a diplomatic and legal war, but real war is coming.

If Trump takes office I anticipate he will declare Jerusalem as the capital of Israel, in response to the UN Security Council resolution, and begin moving the Embassy there.

We have two options here:

1. If Trump moves the US Embassy to Jerusalem without a peace treaty you have your catalyst for war.
2. If Trump brokers peace in the Middle East (as required by the Jerusalem Embassy Act) we have bigger problems. The Church was deceived by the false savior.

He is likely just a “chaos candidate” who will start the war and attempt to move the Embassy with or without peace treaty. Regardless, there are prophetic implications here.

3. The IMF

Starting January 1 the BRIC nations will gain veto power at that IMF. This means they will have the power to remove the US dollar as the reserve currency. A man named Jim Rickards has been following this and it is worth your attention. He details it in his book “Road to Ruin”. More than I can share here with limited time, this gives Russia along with others the power play necessary to neutralize America’s power, which has always been predicated on the dollar. Our world power was transferred to us during World War II in July of 1944 through the Bretton Woods agreement.

This move would neutralize the power of the US and leave Israel alone to defend itself.

4. The RNC

Blasphemous language was used by the RNC this Christmas and Christian leaders, especially the prominent endorsing Trump, are remaining silent. Here is what was sent out:

“Merry Christmas to all! Over two millennia ago, a new hope was born into the world, a Savior who would offer the promise of salvation to all mankind. Just as the three wise men did on that night, this Christmas heralds a time to celebrate the good news of a new King.Source

They even capitalized King, how bout that.

This is an abomination, I don’t say that lightly. This is literal blasphemy. There is only one King, His name is Jesus. As I have stated in the past, it is time for the Church to “come out of Babylon” and to separate ourselves as a holy nation, a royal priesthood. This is not a time to put our faith in kings of the earth, but rather the King of Heaven.

The worship of America is an idol in the Church and it is impeding breakthrough and revival.

Closing Statement

For all the Holy Spirit feelers out there, I am chasing the Lion. These are Holy Spirit leads and I will walk them out. I am not fearful nor afraid of what is coming, just the opposite, I am prepared and sharing what the Lord has given to me. Trust me, if I was afraid I wouldn’t be broadcasting this information. Perfect love has cast out fear, I am sharing this because I love the Church and I will be faithful to my post.

My encouragement to you in the new year is this: be a ‘king’ that searches out a matter.

Call to Prayer

The call of this hour is prayer. I will be hosting a time of lay led prayer on Tuesdays from Noon to 1 p.m. The Holy Spirit has been calling for revival in Dallas and that 2017 may in fact be the year for fulfillment. We are walking this out, even in our small group, and I invite you to do the same. Join us or start a prayer meeting of your own. 2727 Oak Lawn, Dallas TX on Tuesdays from Noon to 1 p.m.
